Dr. Deo's academic journey culminated in the achievement of her Ph.D., where she delved into the intricacies of "Copyright infringement in Cyberspace: issues and challenges under international and national Laws." Her pursuit of this dynamic subject attests to her profound expertise in the ever-evolving realm of cyber law. Dr. Sapna Sukrut Deo is a prolific researcher with over 50 published papers to her name. Her scholarly contributions span a wide range of legal topics, demonstrating her commitment to advancing legal knowledge.

Dr. Uppuluri Mangapathi Rao

Professor, School of Law

Dr. Uppuluri Mangapathi Rao, a distinguished scholar, and educator, holds a Ph.D. in Family Law, which he earned from Andhra University in 2007. His academic journey also includes an LL.M in Family Law & Criminology, achieved with distinction in 1989 from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Dr. Rao's commitment to academic excellence . With an impressive career spanning several years, Dr. Uppuluri Mangapathi Rao has served as the Principal of DAV's D. G. B. Dayanand Law College in Solapur, Maharashtra, since January 2, 2008. His extensive knowledge in the field of Law and his dedication to legal education have made him a respected figure in both academia and the legal community.

Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Rajpal

Professor, School of Law

Dr. Govind Singh Rajpal is an eminent legal scholar and researcher. He post-graduated from the University of Bikaner with a Master of Laws (Mercantile Law) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Law. He then earned his Ph.D. from the University of Bikaner in 2011. For the past 13 years, he has been involved in academic administration and research.
He is currently employed as a Professor at School of Law, MIT-ADT University, Pune. He supervises a number of Ph.D. research scholars, and 4 of them have already been awarded doctorates. He has more than 20 research papers published in national and international journals of repute. He has published a book on “Judicial Activism: A Step Towards Holistic Adjudication” and 4 Chapters in books, he has presented 18 Research papers National and International Conferences. Participated in orientation programme and attended various FDP.

Dr. Bhavana Kadu

Dr. Bhavana Kadu, currently an Assistant Professor at MID ADT School of Law, is a distinguished scholar with a rich academic background, holding both a Masters and PhD in Law. Specializing in Women and Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and International Law, Dr. Kadu has made significant contributions to the academic realm through publications in national and international journals, conference presentations, and authorship of articles and book chapters. With a diverse educational journey, including a BA.LLB, LLM (Criminology), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. With a career spanning both industry and academia, she spent nearly seven years in a prominent IPR firm and the past six years honing her teaching skills, specializing in subjects such as Family Law, IPR, Research Methodology, Public International Law, and Interpretation of Statutes. Dr. Kadu's commitment to academia is further demonstrated by her role as a Ph.D. guide and her involvement in training law enforcement officials.

Her past administrative experience includes being Associate Dean at Sandip University, School of Law, Dr. Bhavana Kadu brings a unique perspective, combining theoretical depth with practical insights. Her administrative skills and practical understanding of legal principles make her an asset to any research environment.

Dr. Mayura Sabne

Dr. Mayura Manohar Sabne is the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Cell ,School of Law , MIT ADT University, Pune . She holds an LL.M. in Business & Corporate Law and a Ph.D. focused on terrorism financing challenges in India. Dr. Sabne is UGC-NET certified and possesses Diplomas in European Laws and Cyber Laws, reflecting her strong commitment to legal education and knowledge.

Mr. Sukrut Deo

Prof. Sukrut Makarand Deo, a prominent expert in taxation law with over 15 years of experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth University's New Law College in Pune, holds a BCOM degree, LLM (NET), and has completed various diploma and exercise law certificate courses. His commitment to shaping the next generation of legal professionals and his extensive knowledge make him a respected authority in the field of taxation law.

Mr. Aditya Kedari

Mr Aditya Kedari (BE Computers, LLB, LLM UGC-NET) is a seasoned legal professional with over 11 years of teaching experience. He is a gold medalist in LLB. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of laws, including Constitutional law, Criminal laws, Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Law. He serves as a dedicated guide and mentor for aspiring students preparing for various competitive examinations including judiciary, UPSC, MPSC, UGC-NET/SET. He is a two time gold medalist in archery at national level and he continues to excel in this sport. He has also acted in 3 Dramas and is a trained actor.

Ms. Malika Jain

She is an accomplished legal scholar specializing in Constitutional Law and Corporate Law, with a strong focus on Jurisprudence and Business Law subjects. A recipient of gold medals in both her undergraduate and postgraduate programs, she holds the esteemed UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Her academic journey culminated with an LLM from NLSIU, Bengaluru, solidifying her prominent position in the legal community. Her dedication to the field continues to inspire both colleagues and students alike.
